The Amselhaus follows the same policy as all other local rental properties and inns. We are guaranteeing
availability when we accept your reservation request. Due to our small size, we will be turning away
other guests who want to book during the time of your reservation. Therefore, we require a 50% deposit at the time of your
booking. The balance will be charged to your credit card 14 days in advance of your arrival. Should you be booking
within 14 days of your arrival, you will be charged in full the day of your booking. If you are paying by check,
payment in full must be received immediately upon your booking.

Due to our small size, cancellations have an adverse affect on our business. If your cancellation is made
in advance of 60 days, you will be refunded in full. If your cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days,
you will be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee. If your cancellation is made between 7 and 30 days,
you will be refunded minus a 50% cancellation fee. If your cancellation is made less than 7 days before
your scheduled stay, there will not be any refund provided.
There are no refunds given for late arrivals or early departures.
